I had a fantastic experience with customer service after getting a defective product. Charlene and Chloe were super helpful in resolving my issue. I would totally suggest Sportsshoes, and I’ll be buying from them again.

My wife loves to run (but she ain't much for online shopping, so I'm taking care of this review!) and she owns a bunch of running shoes that she needs to swap out regularly. Even though I usually check out other places first, we always find ourselves returning to Sportsshoes.com because they offer a broad range at pretty good prices. Plus, they have a nominated day delivery for just an extra £2, which is super helpful since my wife seems to need a new pair by the end of the week. On the rare occasion she faced a problem with a shoe, they swapped it out without any fuss (unless you consider exchange or refund a fuss). So, to sum it up, she's pleased with her kicks, and I'm satisfied with how easy it is to buy them.
