"Great customer service"
Great customer service after I received a faulty item. Charlene and Chloe were very helpful in dealing with my problem. I'd definitely recommend Sportsshoes and I'll be shopping with them again

"Very good value"
My wife is a runner (but not an online shopper, hence I'm doing the review!) and has several pairs of running shoes which she 'has' to change at regular intervals. Although I always shop around first we invariably end up coming back to Sportsshoes.com as they have a wide selection at very reasonable prices with a nominated day delivery from only £2 extra which is handy when my wife apparently has to have a new pair by the end of the week. On the one occasion she has had an issue with the shoe they exchanged it no questions (unless you count exchange or refund as a question) so in a nutshell she's happy with her shoes and I'm happy with the ease of purchasing them.
